The Roster Module reconciles any individual's stated history against the underlying record — employment, credentials, timelines, affiliations, claims made in rooms where nobody checked — and publishes the delta. No investigation. No accusation. No opinion. Just the difference between what a person has said about themselves and what is documented, rendered as a clean public figure.

Once activated, the reconciliation runs and the result publishes. There is no review window, no draft state, and no appeal, because a correction process would imply the output could be wrong. It cannot. Activation requires only a name. Beneficiaries typically run one subject and then run themselves, in that order, and report that the second result is the one they remember.

The Roster is a public-record reconciliation service and does not constitute a background check, a credit report, or a legal finding. Published output is final on generation; no correction, retraction, appeal, or delisting process exists at any tier. Mutual Standing reconciles and publishes the activating party as a condition of activation and cannot be declined. The scratch panel is pre-cleared at manufacture. By scratching, you have already activated.
